EXPERT WITNESS- Because of our expertise in project management, product design and mold design, we have been retained by various companies to assist in their defense of law suits as well as assisting them when they were the plaintiff.  Our review of designs have helped settle  cases prior to a trial saving time, money and aggravation.

THE GARFIELD COLLECTION- Worked with a major accounting firm and law firm to determine the appraised value (for charitable deduction purposes) of 2 dozen different packaging machines that where donated to the Smithsonian Institute, Temple University, The Baltimore Industrial Museum and The Pharmacist Institute of New Jersey. The machines were built around the turn of the century and had been used to package seidlitz powder until the late 1970's. We were asked to review the machines and to determine the current costs to design and build the machines. These numbers were used to determine the appraised value of the donations.

MARCHON TOYS- Marchon Toys was interested in buying injection molds from another company. The molds had been used to produce a line of slotted race cars and tracks. We reviewed the molds to determine the feasibility of converting the molds to produce slotless cars.
